- Admixture of concrete, cement-based waterproofing material, chemical action, with the development of crystals inside. The product can be used in the concrete plant in the form of dust, with direct addition to the weighed dry (on the conveyor belt), before the addition of water or by adding to the barrel, on the construction site, immediately after mixing (with electric With water in the special mixing containers with a dosing meter.
- Mixing ratio with water: Mix well 1/2 sack of 18 Kg in 11.5 Lt water.
- The small package 3.75 Kg is convenient for the production of watertight mortars or small amount of concrete in a small cement mixer. Mixing time in weights or small cement mixer at least 5 min.
- Recommended ratio of PENETRON Admix for permanent weatherproof concrete is 0.8-1% by weight of cement. For ordinary concrete ~ 300 kg of cement we use 3 kg of powder product per m3 of concrete. e.g. for 9 m3 Weights we will use: 3 kg x 9 = 27 kg i.e. 11/2 Sack of PENETRON Admix.
- For convenience, the sacks are cut in half, so mix 3 half sacks in 3 corresponding mixing pots with 11.5 Lt water each. In the case of the production of watertight mortars (content of cements. 250 kg/m3), it is recommended to mix 0.5-1.0 kg PENETRON Admix per 50 kg of cement.
