  • For new or previously painted masonry surfaces as brickwork, concrete, cement and rendering. Berger Alkali Sealer is also used to bind loose chalky surfaces in order to provide a sound surface for application of topcoats. Berger Alkali Sealer is recommended as a seal for areas where soil moisture moves upwards into walls and form salt deposits which damages the paint film known as efflorescence.
